teile ich dem Amtsgerichte Hof mit, dass der Be-klagte von mir anwaltschaftlich vertretem wird.
Der Beklagte wir zu dem Termine vom 26.1.51 nachmittags 14 Uhr nicht erscheinen, weil ich in seinem Auftrage die Ehescheidungsklage direk von hier aus beantworte und einen Klagenfurter Rechtsanwalt mit seiner Vertretang betrauen werde.
Die Akten können vom Amtsgericht Hof mit dem Hinweis auf meine vorstehenden Ausführungen wieder zurückgeleitet werden.
